AO Solutions is a locally-based, service-driven team specializing in property maintenance, tenant assistance, and aerial drone operations. We're an owner-operated husband-and-wife business. When you call, you talk to us, not a call center.

Multi-Unit Properties (2-5 Units)

All three plans are available for small multi-family buildings. Each plan carries a base rate for the first unit plus a per-additional-unit fee, and Premium's labor-and-parts allowance scales with unit count as well.

This multi-unit structure applies to properties up to 5 units; larger properties are quoted individually. Contact us for a custom multi-unit quote.
